The App is provided to you by Miczon LLC, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices that you own or control in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms and Conditions.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.
- Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the source code.
- Translate the App into other languages or create derivative works.
- Use our trademarks, logos, or intellectual property without prior written permission.
All intellectual property rights related to the App remain the property of Miczon LLC.
2. App Functionality & Updates
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
- Introduce paid features, with clear communication of associated costs.
- Release updates that you may need to install to continue using the App.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be compatible with your device or iOS version.
3. User Responsibility
- Keeping your device and account secure.
- Avoiding actions such as jailbreaking or rooting your device, which may compromise security or functionality.
- Ensuring your device remains charged and connected to the internet.
If you use the App outside areas with Wi-Fi, your mobile provider’s terms still apply. You are solely responsible for any data usage or roaming charges.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Miczon LLC is not responsible for issues caused by lack of internet access, depleted battery, or device malfunctions.
- Not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from the use or inability to use the App.
- Relies on third-party services and does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.
5. Termination
- All rights granted to you will immediately end.
- You must stop using and delete the App from your device.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on this page, and they will take effect immediately once published.
7. Face Data & Image Processing Disclosure
We do not collect, store, analyze, or process face data, facial recognition data, biometric identifiers, or facial landmarks. When a user selects an image, the image may be temporarily transmitted to a processing service solely to generate a requested video effect. No facial recognition, identification, or biometric analysis is performed. Images are not retained after processing and are not shared with third parties.
